Karen tried her first Pole class in 2007 and she was immediately hooked. Ater her first lesson she decided to sell her sofa to make room for her own pole at home and her passion for Pole Fitness grew from there, She went onto qualify as a Pole Instructor and has spent the last 5 years teaching pole at all levels across Surrey and West Sussex. 
Ever the student, Karen is dedicated to mainting her own personal training and honing her skills, attending regular workshop and classes and constantly pushing herself scholastically, gaining accreditation on the courses listed above. 
Karen's passion and enthusiasm for pole is infectuous. She spends lots of time planning her lessons, focussing on each individual student's needs and abilities. Always focusing on safety, she breaks tricks down to simplify them and explains them in terms which are easily understood. 
She loves teaching her students and feels a tremendous personal satisfaction watching each individual grow, not only in physical strength and skill-set but watching each person find a unique self confidence and empowerment found only behind the doors of a pole class

Emily has been pole dancing for four years and qualified as an instructor in 2013. As a freelance instructor based in Surrey and London, Emily teaches a range of classes, including spinning (her favourite) and floorwork, alongside fitness yoga and flexibility. Emily is passionate about pole, and yoga, and enjoys developing and sharing her expertise in both areas.

India is the founder of Indigo Pole Dance and Fitness Studio.  She has been dedicated to pole dancing for the last 5 years, winning competitions and performing in shows.   India loves all aspects of pole but most of all loves how each individual can make it their own and express themselves freely all whilst keeping fit.

Amanda created Bliss Dance in 2010, a place for ladies to get fit, have fun, build confidence and learn something new. Amanda has danced since a young age and loves performing and loves teaching the technical, dance and performance side of Pole to her students

Karla started Pole in 2008. Having fallen in love with the discipline, she now teaches pole in the South East whilst maintaining her own training by attending regular lessons along with numerous workshops. Karla is an Advanced level qualified instructor as well as being certified with Spin City for Anatomy and Physiology and also first aid trained with the British Red Cross. Karla loves spins and spin combos on the static pole as well as being well known for loving anything Shouldermount related! Karla plans individually for all her students and  loves nothing more than a bustling atmosphere in class, with everyone feeling welcomed and engaged right from the start.

Gemma currently runs GS Pole Fitness which she founded in August 2014. She has since grown from running very small classes once a week to three venues and multiple classes a week, including private tuition and specialist workshops. Gemma first started pole dancing at university and co-founded and was President of the University of Southampton Pole Fitness Society. She says she is now addicted to everything pole and aerial and attends as many workshops as possible. Gemma has sent in all the required documents and meets the standards of a PoleSafe instructor.
